2014 Skegex

South West Meccano Club were well represented at Skegex 2014. Richard Smith took his Canberra Bomber, winning third prize in the Issagonis Shield and Neil Bedford exhibited his Routemaster bus for which he was awarded 5th place. These are shown via the Trophies pages (Other Trophies). Also exhibiting were David Northcott who brought along a variety of classic car models, and Malcolm Hanson whose Eiffel Tower model graced the entrance hall of the Embassy Centre, somewhat eclipsing the James May Meccano motorcycle and sidecar.

Philip Drew and his son Robin came along to support our exhibitors and everyone enjoyed a wonderful weekend.
